The aforementioned rates are guaranteed for participants of ROOFTech only. By making a reservation using these preferred rates you are confirming that you are registered to attend ROOFTech. The organizers reserve the right to adjust any reservations to standard rack rate or remove the reservation from the room block if, following audit, it is evident that the reservation is held on behalf of someone that is not planning to attend the Show.

WARNING: Beware of Housing Poachers and Data Scammers

INFORMA DOES NOT WORK WITH OUTSIDE HOUSING COMPANIES FOR EXHIBITOR HOTEL ROOMS

Informa Exhibitions is aware that unauthorized housing companies (called hotel “poachers”) contact registered exhibitors offering cheaper rates at hotels in Informa’s ROOFTech hotel blocks. The poacher rates are usually in US$ and initially appear less expensive.

Often when the guest arrives at the hotel, the hotel is already sold out and has no record of the reservation.

This practice, also know as "room pirating" is a scam that all attendees and exhibitors should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information. Hotel poachers will claim to be an Informa, ROOFTech “partner” or the “official housing company” and will sometimes ask that your room be paid in full in advance of the convention. We work directly with the hotels for ROOFTech and reservations can be made directly with the hotel via the website above. Beware of and report any unauthorized solicitations to Katherine Radziszewski via email.
