MOVE-IN SCHEDULE 

MOVE-IN PROCEDURES

Personal Protective Equipment: You will be required to wear steel-toed shoes while on the show floor at all times during move-in and move-out.

MOVE-IN takes place Monday, April 15th, 10am – 8pm. All exhibit materials must be set in place for Monday evening at 8:00pm in order for the aisles to be cleared and carpet laid. 

Larger exhibits as well as Heavy Equipment exhibitors will be contacted at the end of March to determine a scheduled move-in time.

All Exhibitors requiring loading dock access must report to the loading dock entrance (163 Saint-Antoine Street West). To view the location of the loading dock entrance, please click here.

If you do not require dock access, park your vehicle in the Palais des congrès de Montréal's parking garage where you can unload your exhibit materials and proceed to Room 210. 

If you require dock access, the marshalling of vehicles during move-in and move-out will be managed onsite by the parking staff at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. The staff will either direct you to a dock or to a holding area until the next dock is available. To keep move-in running smoothly, you are allotted a maximum of 15 minutes at the dock to offload your exhibit materials and move your vehicle. 

For your convenience, Supplier Service Desks will be onsite near the exhibitor entrance should you need to order services such as carpeting, electrical, furnishings, etc. Supplier Service Desk hours will be confirmed closer to the show. GES will have a limited number of 4-wheel dollies available through their service kiosk on-site. However, to save yourself time, we highly recommend you bring your own dolly to assist with moving items to and from your allotted booth space.

DELIVERIES TO THE PALAIS DES CONGRÈS DE MONTRÉAL 

The show will be held in Exhibit Room 210 of The Palais des congrès de Montréal.  

Shipments to The Palais des congrès de Montréal must be prepaid and scheduled to arrive at a time during the stated move-in hours. Collect shipments, or those arriving prior to your scheduled move-in time will NOT be accepted by The Palais des congrès de Montréal staff.

For your convenience, a Direct to Show Site Shipping Label is available, otherwise all deliveries to The Palais des congrès de Montréal must be consigned in the following manner:

EXHIBITOR PARKING

EXHIBITOR PARKING: Indoor parking is located at 1025 rue Chenneville (height restriction is 5'11"). Additional indoor parking is available at the Quartier International of Montreal (QIM) located at 249 Saint-Antoine West (height restriction is 6'7"). There are no reservations; parking access is first come, first served. Personally Owned Vehicles may be parked in either location overnight.
