GES Canada, the show’s official transportation company, offers local, regional and international shipping services including Advanced Warehousing for those exhibitors who wish to pre-ship their exhibit materials to the show. As the official transportation company, GES has first access to the show floor thus ensuring your exhibit materials will be on the floor when you arrive for your scheduled move-in.

Advanced Warehousing is available for up to 30 days prior to move-in to those exhibitors who arrange for their shipping requirements through GES Canada. For more information or to arrange for Advanced Warehouse services, click here.

Shipments to the Palais des congrès de Montréal must be prepaid and scheduled to arrive no earlier than during your scheduled move-in time. Collect shipments, or those arriving prior to your scheduled move-in time will NOT be accepted by the Palais des congrès de Montréal staff.
